What you see is what you get with the Toms Classics. There's no arch support and the canvas is pretty thin, but they're stylish and comfortable and surprisingly durable. The color is a bit more gray than strictly chocolate brown.

Very comfortable, fit very well. Surprisingly good arch support for a flat shoe.

These were my first pair of Toms. For years I thought they look weird, but after seeing many people wearing them and swearing how comfy they are, I had to give them a shot. They didnt look weird as I thought they would and were comfortable right out the box. They also stretch, so I did go half a size smaller. The only complaint is that the color fades away very fast. I am still wearing them, but they don't look very good. I am thinking about getting a new pair and I am hoping different color will last longer. I got mine in Ash Canvas.

TOMS Classics are - well - classic! I usually wear a 6.5 wide or 7 regular in most shoes, but order a 6.5 in TOMS. I've gone through a couple of pairs and they do wear out and start to look dingy fairly quickly. I like to add an insert for a teeny bit of arch support and I always wear them with no-show socks. I live in these on the weekends for errands, short walks with my dog, etc. I wish they were just a little bit cheaper, for example, I think Vans and Keds are a better deal and "more shoe" for your money. However, when you want the Classic TOMS look you can't really replace these!

I love TOMS but unfortunately this pair fits big, I am usually a 7.5 but all my other TOMS are size 8 so I ordered an 8, while it is not any wider it is a bit longer. Still wearable.

I was a big fan of Tom and their company on how they provide shoes for others. I was happy to try a new pair. I have a wide foot and this wasn't the pair for me. I think if you have a wide foot it might not work for you. I know they say you have to wear them for them to stretch but they were so uncomfortable on my feet I decided to just not try it again. Great quality shoe though.

These fit better than I thought they would. I have wide feet so I was concerned. I got the red ones. loved the color and look. Great little shoe.

I love these shoes, you can wear them with anything; with jeans, or dress them up with dress pants! Already am looking to buy another pair in a different color! They do run big, I had to order a whole size down from my normal size!

I've honestly tried TOMs before and haven't been much of a fan of the look of the way they fit my foot, but I decided to give these another try and woh and behold, I actually like them. They're simple and comfortable which is great for me since I'm always rushing out of the house anyway. They fit really nicely, but I would suggest getting a half size smaller, as the shoes run slightly big.

I'm a huge fan of TOMS shoes and I just recently wore this pair for an event, I have to say that at first they felt really tight but as the day progressed you could tell the shoe was starting to stretch. If you are looking for an all day comfortable supporting shoe I would not recommend these. But if you are looking something cute, easy to wear, and stylish this is the pair for you.

Ordered both a size 5.5 in womens and size 3 in kids. Wish the kids size fit my foot better since I liked the rubber sole instead of the seemingly foam sole on the women's shoe. This order was to replace my kids size 3 Toms; seems like the company changed its sizing to fit larger kids feet. The kids length was perfect, but the height of the shoe was too large- there was significant space between the top of my foot and the top of the shoe. Happy with the size of the women's 5.5, but bummed I couldn't save $20. Also wish there was arch support.

I'm still breaking in the shoes--and hoping that the tightness in the toe will ease. 1/2 size up is too big. Tom's have enormous variability of fit for different colors of the same size.

I'd always heard good things about Tom's shoes but was nervous to try them because I usually don't do well with flats. Now that I've experienced them, I have to say that I really love these shoes! They are much more comfortable than I thought they would be (after some initial stretching discomfort) and I find myself slipping them on quite often.

This is my first pair of TOMS. I originally ordered a size 9 because I typically wear a 9/9.5. When they arrived they were a tab bit too big so I ordered an 8.5. I love Zappos because they shipped me the 8.5 and gave me the option to hold onto the 9's until the 8.5's arrived. After trying on both pairs, the 8.5 worked for me so I returned the 9's within a few days at no charge to me. The TOMS are very comfy, but beware, they are very slippery on certain types of floors, IE. bathroom and kitchen floors. This is the only reason why I'm not giving it a 5.

I LOVE THEM! They are my first Toms. They have a really comfortable foot bed. They feel cool and my feet don't get sweaty. I am in menopause, ladies, this is the shoe for the summer! Great quality. My only CON is the sole isn't the best quality and it is light colored.

It fit strangely - the pointy tip looked very strange on my feet. unfortunately, this will have to go back.

I love them but they are in no way light grey. They are a light beige. I've asked anyone I've come across including my husband who is a printer and works with color. I really need grey but am too lazy to return them. Next time.

This is my first pair of Toms. Very comfortable and lightweight. The only negative I would say is I feel like they look like I am wearing elf shoes. My husband said they look like "hippie shoes." It is taking me some time to come around to the style, but I do like them and will probably try another pair of Toms in the future.

I have bought a pair of Tom's each summer for the last three years. They are so comfy, I just keep buying new colors (the original ones are molded to my feet!). This year, I got the red. And I really like them; however, I'm scratching my head at some subtle changes. First, I went from a 9 1/2 to a 10. A loose 10, and a ten that's toes seem a little more pointy than the last two years' models. It's not enough to say that they are "too pointy" or weird-looking, I'm just putting it out there as an FYI.

Just got my black toms and I absolutely love it. Shipping was fast and they kept me updated all the way. Would definitely shop here next time.

After reading the reviews I ordered the shoes a half size smaller than I would normally wear. I wear a 7 1/2 and ordered a 7. The shoes are really tight. A 7 1/2 would probably have been fine. I have a pair of Bobs that actually fit very comfortably in the 7.

I have several pairs of TOMS Classics. The older TOMS were a bit more comfortable and ran smaller, but I still find TOMS Classics the most comfortable sock-less shoe for summer. My older TOMS Classics are size 8.5, however this pair ran large so I had to exchange and size down to size 8 and still have extra room in the toe. Width is snug but not overly tight. Easy to break-in.

They're very comfortable but if you have narrow feet like me they will fit loosely and can sometimes slip off. I normally wear an 8.5 and bought these in a size 8 and my foot still would slip due to the width of the shoe. I've improvised by adding some shoe inserts but they still don't feel quite right. Will try one of their lace-up shoes next time.

TOMS are my go-to shoes for any occasion that requires comfort and durability. This pair was purchased for an upcoming trip to Italy where I know I'll be doing a lot of walking. My only complaint is that the "light grey" is not grey at all, but really a light tan.
