Ordered a 6 initially cause I wear a woman's 8 but when I tried it on it slipped right off my foot and looked quite awkward. Thankfully Zappos has a quick and easy exchange process and I was able to get the 5.5 in the same week. I'm pretty happy with them except I find the cut of the shoe a bit higher than the rest, on the tongue part. Is it just me or did you guys notice the same thing?

I had to order this three times and I'm still not satisfied. First time, they didn't have the size I ordered. Second time, it was too big so I gave it to my friend. Third time, it fit but the sole of the shoe flaps up and it's not secured on. Also there's a dent(?) on top of the shoe like it's been knifed. But I still like the shoe and its color so I'm going to keep trying.

I bought these for my five year old son to wear with a navy blue suit when he was a ring bearer. He complained that they rubbed on the inside. I put band aids on a few spots that were turning red so he did not get blisters. He has worn them only once, so I cannot say if they get more comfortable. But they looked very cute!

These shoes are wonderful, very comfortable! Make sure you get the right size and that they are not too big because they can scrape your heel if they are a bit loose.

Unfortunately, they were very cheap feeling and oversized. I returned them, not worth the money.

the leather was great but the back of the shoe was very irritating.

Cute cute cute! And excellent quality, but very small and narrow. I would've had to size up a full size, but my girly girl wasn't into them so I didn't bother.

The shoes are really adorable on my son; however, he had bleeding heels after 10 minutes of wearing them. I'm hoping they will wear in (if I can get him to put them on again). Really good looking, not sure of fit though.

Felt stiff on my son's feet (5 years old); we returned.

I love the style of the shoe. I purchased them for my kid & I to take spring pictures. The shoe is SIGNIFICANTLY lighter in person than it is online. I did not like that. The online color is what prompted me to purchase them in the first place. The shoe is also a tad flimsy. I have a feeling they will not last long.

The laces are too long and low quality for the price

My son says they are comfortable and of course, they're cute. However, they are difficult to keep tied and after only 1 month of wearing them to school, one of the laces has already broken. Now we have to go out and try to find replacement laces :(

These shoes are super cute but are not holding up well at all! I returned the first pair and Zappos sent a replacement, but these are falling apart at the seams too so we will live with them but won't buy them again.

Super tight

In general, it's a nice, classic boat shoe. The sole and the upper seem well made, and it fit true to size, maybe just a tad on the small side. However, there are two major flaws: first, the laces broke on the second time my son attempted to wear them! And second, there is an annoying seam at the back of the heel that gave him a blister. We've encountered that problem in other shoes and it's easily fixed with stick in heel pads, but still for a shoe at this price from a reputable brand, I expect a little better.

The day I received my shoes, the insoles were already peeling! After trying them on around my home, I noticed that there was a crack in the left toe area of the shoe. I am pretty disappointed by these shoes overall.
