I have somewhat narrow feet, so… I wasn’t a fan of the lighter colored stitching-made them look less dressed up. The insoles are not removable so I couldn’t swap it out for another insole. They were quite loose on my feet width wise.I probably could have figured out how to get them tighter with adding more padding with another insert, but I didn’t like them enough to try. For those whom may have a wider foot-the sole is nicely padded and would probably be very comfy. Sending them back.

Despite having ordered these boots in a size 9.5, Zappo's shipped me a pair with mismatched sizes - the left boot was a size 8.5 and the right boot a size 9.5. I love these boots and would have worn them straight out of the box however was extremely disappointed that Zappo's had not done proper quality assurance, and so had to send them back.

Love these boots. They are comfortable right out of the box and are the perfect style for Fall and Winter.

The boot is stylish and comfortable, but runs a bit smaller than other styles.

These are so cute and would be an every day bootie if not for the heel slippage.

The suede material is so stiff, it hurts my heel and ankle too badly to keep… can’t even think about attempting to break these in.
