Much too narrow and uncomfortable. Not at all like the soft 7 slip on sneakers I wear regularly.

These actually ran MORE than 1 full size smaller. I am consistently a size 39/ 8-8.5 in ECCO boots, shoes & sneakers having owned 10-15 pairs over the years. After reading reviews I ordered these in the 40/9-9.5 & they were still too small. It is unfortunate as they are a cute, versatile, waterproof boot & it is too late for me to order for an upcoming trip.

Usually ECCO!!!!

Your options do it allow me to make an accurate statement. The arch support feels like a rock under my foot. Boots were cute and fit well otherwise but can’t wear them with this incredibly high arch support

The item I received as a Christmas gift for my daughter arrived with visible wear and tear. Scuffs on the toes. And without a box. I'd like a replacement. of the same item. But unused.
