I ordered a W but it was still too tight for me.

Really comfortable, true to size. Good quality leather. I plan to buy in other colors. I love Cole Hahn. As a brand, it never disappoints.

Due to the heavy padding in the sole, this shoe runs small IMO. My normal size is 6.5B, but for this shoe I was much more comfortable with 7B, so my toes were not squished. The shoes are very comfortable as a slightly high heel with padding in the sole and the style is cute and professional. The wider heel adds stability. The heel looks narrow from the side, so it is quite stylish. Nice shoes.

These squeak really bad. The rubber soles may provide some traction but they also attract a lot of attention because they squeak every time you step. Unfortunately, I didn't realize this until I wore them and can't return now.

I'm so disappointed that Zappos merged with Amazon. All my orders are junk now. I'm getting shoes that were worn, broken boxes and wrong sizes. I am about to give up. These shoes were sent in the wrong size.
