I wear a size 13 tennis shoes, size 12 in most non-tennis shoes. I measured my foot to show that I should get 11.5 and call Juan. I ordered 12 and 11.5 thinking surely 11.5 would be too small. However, it fit perfectly. So it is very true to the size that the measurement show on the chart when ordering. The shoe is nice and comfortable
