The shoe looks great as a good business casual option. However, it runs a little smaller than all the other Florsheims I have purchased in the past.

Has a wider toe area than I thought, but like them.

These shoes are comfortable out of the box. They are not as "shiny" as a typical dress shoe, but they're not full matte. I will be wearing them as dress shoes and dressing them down as well. If you typically get wide shoes, you should purchase wide from Florsheim.

The workmanship is very good, as with all Florsheim products. The size is just right. The colour is also the same as in the photo. I haven't worn them yet, as it's winter here and these shoes are designed for warmer weather. But I think everything will be fine.
