I ordered size M in green, length 30, three times from Zappos. Each time they sent me size L. I called them to discuss the issue, and they opened a ticket on it to investigate. It's been a month, and I didn't receive an update email, no phone calls, nothing. I returned all three pairs, because L is too big for the size 8 that I wear. I needed a medium. The length 30 is a little below my ankles at the height 5'4'' . The style I do like; the fabric is muslin cotton, high quality, but heavy. I bought all three pairs at the highest price and was willing to keep one. Now I don't want them for any price. Zappos has become a major disappointment with their quality control. In the past several months, I have received three wrong products, including these pants. They could have made a profit on my purchases, but they lost them all due to negligence.

I should have listened to other reviews, that you will get the wrong size. Please don't allow ordering of different lengths then not actually have/ship different lengths. I got the shortest ones, 28" despite ordering the 30" ones. I would have thought it was just an innocent mistake had I not seen other users also report the same thing.

The pants were not the style I ordered. Received a different pair of pants.

Let me begin this review for those who are not aware: these pants come in ONE length. I'm 5 foot 2 inches and they fit me perfectly. I first tried these on in the store and was told they are one length only. On the website, there are no options for different lengths either, so if you purchase these, regardless of what 'length' you choose, it's going to be around a 28 inch inseam. These fit amazing for me and are very flattering, especially for my height. Nice quality fabric and very stylish.
