I wear xs/s silk Elsas, and am generally a 6 on top and 4 or 2 on bottom. Just tried on the market stretch maxi in a 6 and hope this helps with current size reference. 36D and I would not suggest smaller than a M. Normally M would be too large, but definitely glad I went with the medium as the small would be too small.

Love this top! So much so, I treated myself to both the pink and the white. The sleeves are puffy but not overly so. I feel they elevate this top from being a basic top. Very soft fabric. I bought in my new size due to weight loss and feel it is true to size even with the 7% Spandex.

This is such a cute and casual everyday top. The notch neckline is flattering without being too exposed. The pouf sleeves are perfect and not too big, they sit right above my elbow and the cuff keeps them "fluffed" and in place.

Comfortable, flattering and washes well. A great addition to your wardrobe.

This shirt is a little different from what I normally wear, but I have fallen in love with it, the fabric is breathable and the fit is perfect.

I love the fit of this top and bought the khaki color, which is very flattering (especially on a blonde). Be mindful of fragrances however as they cause the color to bleed. Still happy with it however.

A perfect fit for me and goes with everything like skirts and pants.

This top is by far the best top I've purchased from Lilly Pulitzer. Sizing is perfect. Not too much stretch. The sleeves cover my upper arms. Its well made and not see through, I've got 6 colors. That days it all. I ususally wear an xs to small and the small fit me perfectly.

This top is perfect for anyone that likes longer sleeves. It fits great, the combination of materials is also nice with the sleeve feeling light and airy. Purchased in many colors.

This is my favorite Lilly top. I already have it the light pink, white and navy. Now I have added the bright pink. I hope you bring back the light yellow and light blue. I never dry my Lilly in the dryer. I hang dry all of it and have never had anything shrink.

Cute with puffy sleeves and gold buttons. Not super comfy.
