I loved the width of the toe box on this Dansko Collette mary jane-style shoe, but unfortunately the heel was too wide, which caused my heel to slip up/down when walking. That plus the wide strap making the shoe lean casual caused me to return. For those who need an extra-wide width toe box like me, however, this is a great option if you don't also have a narrow heel!

I bought 8.5-9, and I couldn't get any better size. They fit great and look really nice. I didn't know that they had a sticky patch as a lock, but it shouldn't be a problem.

soft leather and very comfortable. My second day wearing these I traveled through two very large international airports. I highly recommend this shoe!

Having flat feet and weak ankles, I have to buy orthodics for all my shoes. These are comfortable and give great support. No swollen feet or ankles. Wish I had bought them a long time ago !

Fit really well and did not hurt my bunions, and because my bunions didn’t hurt I ordered all the colors available.

You can’t go wrong with a Dansko! The Mary Jane style is such a plus. They can be adjusted for the best fit.

Fits perfect..so happy. It feels cushiony, regular width on Dansko was wide enough for my bunions.

They are side enough in the toe area, but my heels slip when I walk in them. 4 stars for quality and style.

These are ok looking, but run about a half size too big. I'm a typical size 9W, so I got the 39 wide. The heel was too large and kept slipping on my foot. I would order this in your typical size + a size down to see which fits best.

I first ordered the navy and since I was so pleased with the shoe overall, I ordered the russet brown! Nice low shoe, a better choice than athletic wear, to wear with slacks.

These are very comfortable and fit in my usual Dansko size.

I agree with the other reviewers saying the heel has an odd fit. I’ve always heard that Dansko professional shoes are supposed to pop off the back of your heel bc it promotes circulation, but the part of the shoe where the heel of your foot sits doesn’t feel deep enough or is too shallow on these. Otherwise this is a beautiful and comfortable shoe that could be worn with dressy or casual outfits.

All shoes are too wide for me, but I guess this is average. I always have to have a strap to keep them on and wish they still used a buckle with holes. Feels more secure than velcro

Nice quality and a great springy footbed. I had to send these back because they were too long for me.

For this shoe, I ordered the size I've worn for Dansko's Fawna style -- 39. I've been very happy with that shoe -- it has a roomy toe box and fits my heel nicely. But I was disappointed with the Collette shoe. The size felt larger in both width and length than the Fawna style. So, I'm returning the shoes. I'm glad Zappos makes returns easy.

This is a cute shoe but my feet found no arch support at all. I could have added inserts, but that always alters the fit, so I returned them.

Others had said that this style is loose in the heal and it was. It didn’t fit right across my foot either. Super cute but they weren’t comfortable.
