I ordered size 8 and they are too big? I wear 8.5 in tennis shoes and 9 in UGG boots. Very frustrating.

My mom normally wears a size 9.5-10 but I sized down to a 9 due to reviews. It still seemed almost a full size too long. Will return and see if there is a size down in this color for exchange.

I was so hoping these would be perfect to keep my feet pampered and warm for winter. My heel slips and they are overall big and wide. I know Zappos will help me find something just perfect.

This is my 3rd pair of Uggs. These stained after a month of wear . Poor quality .

Much larger then Tasman’s and Ugg boots

I ordered a half size down and the shoes still were too long. The worst thing was the shoes were from two different dye lots and were noticeably different shades and textures of suede. I am returning them.

Runs much larger than other uggs had to go down full size

I have several pairs of Uggs. Love them. I am a size 7 and order a 7. I've returned the last 2 pairs I've ordered (in a size 7, different styles) because I could literally walk right out of them. I'm going to try one more time and order a size smaller. :)
