Because I have a chronic ganglion cyst on my big toe from wearing shoes that were too tight, I need very wide toe boxes. So I thought that UGG boots would be just right. I ordered a half size larger than I normally do, a size 8, but in fact, although it was fine in the front, the heel was very loose and I had absolutely no support. I felt like I was swimming in the back part of my foot. I was hoping that having the zipper would make it a bit more snug in the heel, but this did not turn out to be the case. So, sadly, I am returning them and will not be ordering another pair, as they will either be too big or too small. I appreciate how quickly I received them, however, and how easy Zappos's makes to return shoes and boots as well.

So disappointing. I wear Uggs all winter and needed a new shorter pair. So stiff on top they were VERY difficult to even put on. Wasn’t sure I could even accomplish that usually very simple task. Once I had them on, they were, too narrow, too short, and had no toe room above and rubbed my toes raw. The stiff top made them difficult to even walk. Fortunately, Zappos took them back. Beware.

These boots were hard & stiff, unlike my many other Uggs. The lining was cheap and thin looking and the light color stuck out. It should have been black and of a better quality. Very disappointing.

I couldn’t even get the right boot on over my instep, it just wouldn’t slide in even with the zipper undone. Ordered a different style.

The wool coat inside is stiff, and thin not the one I want. Sorry.

These were about 1/2 size smaller than anticipated
