My daughter loves this product

After reading reviews I was very tempted to size up but I'm glad I didn't. The shoe is snug but comfortable out of the box. The fluffy lining will crush down and the suede will stretch after a few days. The shoes would get a five star rating if the back of the heel gave full coverage. It hits lower than average and feels weird. It will take some getting used to.

These are super cute and sturdy! They keep my feet nice and warm and are good quality. They run true to size and aren't too loose or tight.

UGGS continue to be a great quality shoe however, you may want to size up for this shoe. After reading several reviews and multiple people stating that they are true to size, they were not at all comfortable at my normal size.

I purchased this as a gift for my daughter and she lives them so much she ordered a second pair in another color!
