This item was a Christmas gift. She love the shoes. Item arrived on time and in good condition.

I bought these as a Christmas gift for my grandmother and she tells me she never takes them off! She loves the durability, the comfort and how well they fit onto her foot with the small back to hold them on well.

So warm and comfy. My first pair of UGGs and I'll love them!
