I was extremely disappointed with this purchase. While the shoes arrived later than expected due to weather (which I completely understand), the real issue was the condition when I opened the box. These shoes had clearly been worn. There was a visible footprint inside the shoe, along with hair and black fuzz. It was honestly disgusting, and because of that, I didn’t even try them on. I was also surprised that the shoes arrived in an Amazon box, which immediately gave me pause. For the price of these UGGs, receiving a pair that was clearly not new is completely unacceptable. I’ve been a loyal Zappos customer for many years, and this is the first time I’ve ever had an experience like this. Zappos has always been reliable and trustworthy in my household, which makes this even more disappointing. I hope this was a one-off issue, but buyers should be aware.
