I love these sandals but they are VERY HEAVY as other customers said.

So cute and better in person! They are heavy, but if you can manage that, they're so worth it! I'm a 7 in other shoes, but a 6 in Docs. Got a 6, fit like a glove. Sold out on Doc Marten's website. So excited to find my size on Zappos and on sale! Get them!

Love, Love, Love these sandals. I should have bought what my normal Dr. Martens size is. I had to exchanged them for a size 7. Don’t listen to others that they run big. They absolutely run true to size. Have fun with your new Maxxy Sandals. Can’t wait til I get my new exchange ones…

I loved how these looked, but the sole is so very heavy that, with a heavy heart now, I had to return them.

They are the heaviest shoes!! Which you should expect with Dr Marten but with no back strap you have to splay your toes out and lug these weights around if you want to wear them. So cute but truly my ankles are sore and I have blisters.

These shoes are soooo heavy! They weigh so much that that they kick off every time I step. If they had a back strap, that would help, but they are not fun to wear being so heavy. They are very cute, too bad I have to return them.

So cute, comfy, but definitely have to break them in! I got some good blisters with my first wear. They're heavy, but you get used to it. Got size 6, I'm a 6 in Docs and a 7 in other brands. Fit perfectly. New staple!

They fit and feel just like they did in the 90s/early 2000s.
