The Byways Mule was an overall disappointment for me. Given the Sorel BRAND, (I still own & wear a pair of Sorels from the 1980's!) and the PRICE, these mules seemed like a cheap cop-out for Sorel. These would be fine if you want to pay $$$ for house slippers, but I needed them for outdoor wear, for an everyday clog I'd wear out & about. The lining that is used is that thin, cheap, faux fur acrylic that is sure to wear out in no time at all.

Sole is a bit more stiff than i’d like, but otherwise a great shoe.

I have two different sized feet and. left was way too big but I'm afraid a 7 would be too small for right foot, very cute shoes and so wished they were available in half sizes

Love these shoes. They arre too big and I kept them anyway and I am glad that I did. An 1l.5 would probably be perfect but these are 12. They didn't have half sizes. If they did I would get an additional pair in 11.5. They are sooo comfortable and very attractive, although they may look like clown shoes because they are so big.

Size was fine, but there is no arch support.

I agree with the previous reviewer who said there is no arch support. The sole is completely flat. No choice but to return.
