It’s true, this is a narrow boot. 10.5 was good for me (narrow feet) and I normally wear 9.5/10. SOREL has made a very conscious effort to market these as heavy-duty winter boots while not disclosing anything about their temperature rating. These are NOT for extreme cold or wet conditions. They’re made with ~200g of synthetic insulation. They’re waterproof but not constructed in a way that would keep snow out if you were in above the ankles. And that level of insulation will largely only be comfy above 20 F temps. SOREL has really gone downhill in this way. But, they are comfy if you have a narrow foot, and super cute. I’m keeping them, but giving them a low rating because the brand can do better and add better materials to keep it cute and make it warmer and more functional.

I loved this boot. Beautiful, comfortable. My true size is 6-6 1/2 W. I was hoping a 7 1/2 would be sufficient but was still too narrow and "pinched". Even with no zipper/ties, was easy to get on and off. If you usually use a wide, more square toe box then would probably not work. But, I was pretty sad, a nice boot overall, and for me was worth a try.

I have a medium to narrow foot - always a 7.5/8. I went with the 8 because it's a snow boot, but my foot still felt a little squished at the front. I returned for an 8.5 and that's perfect even with a decent sock. I'd say that I could've even bought a 9 and been okay. So yes - they do run tiny! They're really comfortable tho and the shaft isn't an annoying height (and I'm 5'3"). I have another pair of Sorels - they're pretty much indestructible!

Overall the boots are nice but I have to return them because they run small. One can usually size down with a boot & that's what I did but these boots fits true 2 size. I wear an 8.5 but bought a size 8 & they're too small, however, I definitely appreciate the early delivery!

Cute boots and toasty warm as I was trying them on, but yikes, a whole size too small.

these run small; will be returning because the toe area is very tight. thought they would be a little taller on the calf. they look nice but don’t think they’d be very useful in the snow.
