I love these boots! I consider my size a 9.5 typically, but in boots I often prefer a 10. I ordered both and decided to stick with the 9.5. They were plenty long, but were a bit tighter across my foot initially, but have loosened up beautifully. I was so confident about these boots that, after having worn them only around the house for a couple of hours, I packed them for a two week European vacation! They did not disappoint--they were instantly comfortable and I had zero problems with my feet even on the biggest walking days. (I have a similar Sorel style from a year or two prior, but in a man-made material, and they make my feet equally happy.) As for looks...I think these look great! They look good with all sorts of jeans and other pants, but I would even wear them with certain types of dresses/skirts.

I needed a boot to travel to the Canadian Rockies. It needed to be versatile .... cute, comfortable, weather proof, able to wear with blacks or browns, dress it up or down. This worked perfectly. I usually wear a size 7, but it just felt a little tight, so I sized up to a 7.5. I wore it around the house for a couple of days before leaving on vacay. I loved the boot. I got the tobacco/black and wore it daily. It was perfect for my many requirements.

I absolutely LOVE these boots! I bought the dark brown with the black lug soles. First of all, they are gorgeous. Second, they fit me so well. I can wear them with a regular ply or thick ply sock. Third, they are warm and waterproof. The sole is very rugged, so if I’m walking on a slippery or grassy or gravel surface, I feel very secure. They ar e the epitome of the perfect Chelsea boot. I have worn them right out of the box all day, shopping and on my feet, and they are so comfortable. No hot spots and the footbed has a little cushiony feeling bounce to them. The price tag may stop some from buying, but these will hold up well for many years, and I know will be my go-to booth this winter. I highly recommend these.

I never write reviews but felt compelled to for these boots. They are perfect. I have wider feet with very high arches and they are very sensitive. I have tried soooo many Chelsea boots at every price point. These were comfortable right out of the box I went on a wet 2 mile walk and they were so comfortable, my feet stayed dry and I had great traction. They are a little stiff on 1st couple of wears but breaking in nicely already. They have a little cushion, are comfortable and the dark brown color is so rich and on trend! Love

Nice thick treads. Stiff leather. Constrictive in the mid-foot/arch area.

These boots are super matte and look way more work boot than fashion. Comfortable but too rugged tooling for my taste.

Love these! Just got back from an overseas trip in rainy weather where I walked 50 miles over 5 days around cities in these boots. No break in time. Bought them new and used them for first time on trip (I know ... dangerous!). These are truly waterproof even the suede tan ones I bought. They still look brand new after walking through rain and puddles. My feet stayed completely dry/warm unlike my husband's sneakers which were soaked through. No foot pain, blisters, or rubbing. I wore them with crew height athletic socks. I'm normally a 7.5 in Sorel and ordered that size. I wish they would come back in stock. I bought the tan ones but want them also in black. Had I known what a success these boots were gonna be, I could have taken just these pair of boots with me and saved some weight in my suitcase. You can dress them up or down. Beautiful boots!

Material a little on the stiff side so it needed breaking in. A little stiff on the shin part as well, so padding from the thick socks I’m wearing helped a little. Maybe after a lot of wearing it will soften and be super comfortable. Otherwise, boots look stylish, and it is waterproof.

Like walking on clouds! I wear custom orthotics and so ordered a half size up. They are absolutely perfect. Wore them for an hour long walk straight out of the box and my feet felt great! I’m all about comfort but these boots look great too. Love that the suede is waterproof. Will road test them in Ireland soon.

I’ve searched for the perfect pair of Chelsea boots and found them! The fit, color and comfort of these are perfect. True to size and I was able to get a slightly thicker sock in them without it being uncomfortable.

I'm very picky about boots and while I was skeptical of these, I have been delightfully surprised by them. They are warm. Break in after 2-3 wears, and they are truly water proof. They did okay in snow and salt, but would not recommend until first treating the leather. Very nice boots!

Very comfortable boots. Just didn't fit my feet properly and I had to return. Great color and lug sole. Highly recommend.

These boots are beautiful. I’m disappointed that they were a little too narrow for my feet. And my heels did slide up and down, so I know going up a half size would not help with the width problem. Super bummed, but for that price they need to fit like a glove.

Beautiful boots - heel fit was too gappy for me. Overall seemed comfortable with medium weight socks. But returned for a more snug fit (at less cost) from another brand.

The shoes are very hard to put on and ever harder to take off. I need slip-on or zipper boots for ease of use, but these require a lot more bending down and overall effort than lace boots.

Just too hard to put on for me(I’m old). Once I finally got the boots on, I did find them comfortable. I was hoping to like these because they are waterproof and the lug sole is in fashion but I just don’t want to struggle so much.

Beautiful color, but left boot arrived scuffed at toe, on side & towards top. Awkward fit. Should either have a shorter &/or narrower shaft.

I liked the look of these boots but they were impossible to get on and once I had them on they were too small and too narrow despite ordering a half size larger than I normally wear. Why don't shoe manufacturers make these with a side zip? Sent them back

Love this boot. perfect for new england snowy weather when you don’t want a snow boot. good tread on the sole and waterproof.

Fit true to size in my opinion. I typically wear a 6 and the 6 was the right fit. The color and the suede just weren’t for me. The suede had been rubbing in the box and was already worn, and I thought it would be difficult to keep these boots looking nice.

All was grand except the top edges of both boots were too tall and relentlessly rubbed my leg. Had to return. Sad bout it!!
