Love this shoe! I purchased for a trip where we'd be walking and hiking a lot and these were every bit as comfortable or even more so than my sneakers. They look so good that I will use them for going out with jeans etc. Shoes are great.

The boot is HUGE! I checked the size before I tried it on because they looked giant. Its marked as an 8, but they are truly giant

This boot is very stylish. I wanted to like it, but I could not get my foot in the opening of boot at all. My foot is very ordinary. The opening of the boot is incredibly stiff and inflexible. So weird. Didn't Sorel watch people try this shoe on? I saw other reviews mention this same issue, and now I know they were right.

Obsessed with these, I realllly wanted to make them work but they are too narrow for me at the toes : ( I wish Sorel made a wide width.

I am in between 8-8.5, and reading other reviews I ordered 8.5 which ended up being too big. I returned and got 8 which fit well. I walked around a whole day in these boots and no breaking in is needed. I did need to wear the right sock length (half calves) or else there is slight chafing. Overall they are comfortable, provide medium support, and the offwhite color looks great in person.

Comfortable out of the box

I really wanted to love these boots. Style-wise, they look great and would have been perfect for an upcoming trip. I note that other reviewers commented on the narrowness of the opening and difficulty getting them on, but I did not have this issue at all. What I did have was knee pain. Shortly after trying them on and walking around my living room, I started getting a pain in my knee which happens when I'm over pronating. As soon as I took them off, the knee pain went away. So with a bit of sadness, I must return them.

This shoe is VERY narrow - like another reviewer mentioned I could NOT get my foot into the hole without a huge struggle. I purchased the Black (not patent) color. Once I got the shoe onto my foot, felt absolutely horrible, so tight on the instep and really narrow overall. Do not recommend.

Could barely get it on my foot. Very uncomfortable which is a shame because I love the way they look..

Overall design is fun, functional and fabulous. I love this shoe.

I love these boots even more then I thought I would!

I purchased the Chelsea Joan Frwd boot in my true size 8 and they fit perfectly with enough room in the rounded toe to breathe. I was skeptical in purchasing these since there is no weight listed, height etc and also because these are my 1st pair of Sorel’s I ever purchased. When they say lightweight they mean it. The pair together are way less than a pound. I wore these after 10 inches of snow fell in nyc and I had no issues climbing over snow piles and the ankle felt secure and were waterproof. The arch support and height are in perfect ratio. These feel like sneakers. I am a fan and can say these are the best boots I’ve ever had. I see why they sold out so quickly. If you can get them do it!

Love these boots! I wanted boots for winter that are comfortable, slip on, functional, stylish, and with good treads. These are perfect! I won’t wear them in deep snow but otherwise these are my new favorite winter boots. They were tight to get on but just push your foot in hard and then it’s easier each time. They felt too small at first but after about an hour they loosened up. They are so comfortable. I just love them!

I love these boots. So stylish . Unfortunately I have arthritis in my feet and I just can’t use them. I have other Sorrel shows that work great. I am so sad that they didn’t work out

I ordered a half size up since but it felt like a full size. Really cute and fun looking boot. The fit is weird though.

Love these boots, super comfortable, was able to walk in snow and ice in these just fine and they are very stylish.

I love this boot, I am about to order them in Brown and Black. I just came off of a trip where I was walking at least 10,000 steps a day in rain and cold. They felt great and gave me excellent support while on cobblestones and uneven terrain.

Not too difficult for a pull-on shoe. Good fit and was also able to wear (not too thick) socks. Stood around in them for a long evening for my first wearing. They look great, especially when wearing black.

These are super cute and feel true to size. They may require a bit of a break in period but feel they will do the trick this season! Very stylish and surprisingly lightweight for a bulkier boot.

good, nice boot, stiff at neck of boot, so that's not so comfortable. 1/2 size larger makes them feel like boats on my foot.

The shoe was great but shinier than I wanted. I returned it and ordered the more mat leather version.
