I haven’t had a chance to wear these outside the house yet, but they feel much better (wider) in the toe box than the Arahi 7, which I also own. I’m hoping that they provide the same stability that the 7’s do.

It's comfort and new design are the reasons I bought the shoes

I was always borderline wide in the Hoka lineup. The addition of 4E, EW was a home run for me. The comfort is unbelievable.

A buddy of mine loved how his shoes felt so I tried a pair. My favorite shoe to work out in.

I have run in Anahi's since the original release for all distances up to half marathons. The Arahi 8 is no longer a lightweight, streamlined supportive shoe for mild overpronators - it's now big, hot, and clunky. It might be suitable for workers on their feet all day, but not runners.

Right shoe is not comfortable along the outside edge. Almost seems like I'm wearing two different shoes.

This is my first pair of the Hoka brand sneaker. I have always been an Asics fan but I decided to try out a pair of Hokas. I like the feel, the cushioned walk and the style. I hope they hold us a well as most of my Asics but so far so good!

Excellent traction, very comfortable, enough cushioned. I run 2-4 times a week, 3-6 miles on the street. This are also nice looking shoes

I use for every day wear. The first pair of shoes I bought were very comfortable with great arch support. The problem was that after about 6 months or so, the sole started coming off the bottom of both shoes. The pair I have now are comfortable, but not so great in arch support.

These are my every day, around-the-house shoes so they get a lot of movement and wear time. They're very comfortable and I'm very happy with the purchase.

I have overpronation, so of all 5 of my pair of Hokas, the Arahi 8 is the most comfortable. They could be the most comfortable shoe I've ever owned. Great for running, walking and general use.Others are:1) Bondi 9 - love the plush cushion and can hardly tell that it is not a stability shoe. Good for standing a long time or when on my feet for extended time.2) Stinson 7 - for trail running, stability and feel very planted, so gives confidence when on trails. They are categorized as plush, but nowhere near the Bondi 9 in plushness.3) Gaviota 5 - good for pavement running and walking the dogs, good stability.4) Challenger 8 - nice plushness/cushioning, can definitely tell these are not stability shoes, but onlyfwear them for everyday use, no running. They do not feel as planted as Stinson 7, so would not use them for trail running either.5) Mafate Three2 - being delivered tomorrow.

Lightest stability shoe I’ve ever worn. Super comfortable ride - soft and bouncy but still stable. I’ve only run short distances so far, so I can’t speak to the breathability, but I can see how some general reviews say the breathability is an issue. I don’t think it’s a major issue. But something to consider if you only run in warmer climates or if you go for long runs on the regular. Otherwise, nothing bad to say so far. Huge upgrade over previous version!

These are great rocker sole style walking shoes. Very light, comfortable, the big toe doesn't have to bend too much with each stride(a requirement of mine), and they have a nice look if you like the hoka style.

It was an opposite fit from the previous version. The regular medium felt like a wide width. When I tightened the laces, the front of the shoe folded, meaning the toe box is too wide. The midsole H-frame didn't work for me as I had to heel strike on the outer corners in order to avoid knee pain.
