I have always been a 7.5 in Hoka shoes, including the Skyward. The laceless style was 1/2 size smaller, but the 8 fits perfectly. Not just a "slip-on," as it takes a bit of work (and the top loop) to get my foot into the shoe. But once on, it feels great. I have a narrow heel, wider forefoot and high arch. The stretchy top accommodates my arch, the shoe holds my heel, and the toe box is roomy enough. Cushioning is sublime.

The sole is very nice and cushioned. The upper is stretchy but tight - my foot isn’t that wide but it felt uncomfortable. And over the instep arch was too tight just trying on. If I wore all day I think it would be quite painful. So sadly they went back.

The BEST shoe and well worth every penny! These run very true to size! My feet, legs and back are very pleased!

Excellent sneakers! So comfortable. Perfect for long walks and to keep at the door for a quick trip outside. Fit perfectly right out of the box. Only small negative is that you cannot slip them on / off without your hands. Will be getting them on another color.

These shoes are exceptionally comfortable. The height of the heel presentation, in relation to the ball of the foot, is a great fit for me. I wouldn't likely run in these shoes, but these are terrific shoes for life activities.

Love the laceless style and they were comfortable- extremely cushy! But they are very clunky looking- Frankenstein shoes LOL

Normally, I don't like slip on tennis shoes. I broke my foot, though, and this was the perfect "stack height" shoe, so I bought the pair. That way, I won't be walking too off balance. I am 150% happy about the purchased. It provided a lot of support and comfort during a hard time. I sincerely love them, and the fit is a wee wee bit large, but so darn comfortable. Being "stretchy" worried me that it would stretch out too much. After daily use for 2 months and a lot of use after that, they still feel brand new. A great shoe for every day, and also when I was injured and needed a shoe to match the height of the darn boot on my other foot. Very happy!!

Generally fit was OK. Snug, but it was supposed to be. However, toe box was narrower than I'm used to in other Hoka styles (like Gaviota), and toes started to feel uncomfortably "flattened." Not quite what I was looking for.

I look forward to the next version of this shoe. I really liked it, except wrestling with it just to get my foot into it. I returned them because of the excessive tightness putting on / taking off. If this is corrected, what a great shoe.

They look nice and the amount of cushion is nice as well. The problem is that they are too short. I thought they would have fit perfectly since they were a recommendation from the Hoka store where they scan your foot and find the shoes that are supposed to be just right for your feet.

The most comfortable shoes I've tried on! I've recently had an ankle replacement, so was unable to get my foot in propertly and was so sad...I almost cried! LOVE these shoes!

I am a size 8.5 in Hoka (9 in other shoe brands). I ordered an 8.5 as all my other Hoka shoes, but this one is shorter and narrower/tighter. Will return and order a 9, as others mentioned here. It has amazing support.

Got them for my wife, who is a manager in retail and on her feet all day. I previously bought her the Skyward X with laces, and she loves them. However, in the white they are hard to clean and she's had them for a while (like 8 months) so it was time for a new pair. The all-black doesn't show dirt/dust as much as the white, and while these are a little more effort to put on, she loves them as much as the other pair. Happy feet, happy wife, better life.

I was excited about a Hoka laceless option- but this shoe was a huge disappointment for me. The opening was too small-couldn’t even get my foot into it. I also don’t think it has a rocker sole. Will be returning.

I had high hopes for these sneakers, as the Hoka brand had been recommended by my Podiatrist. This particular style is not working for me at all. The opening is quite narrow and very hard to fit your foot into. I have medium width feet with a fairly high arch for reference. Once on, the toe box is huge, so the front of the foot is swimming around and unstable. They are so tight and high on the arch that it caused compression tingling in th4e arch and toes. To top it off, they are so oversized that they look and feel like snowshoes. Unfortunately, the box already went into the garbage and I'm unable to return. Very disappointing. Oh, the color is nice, a kind of pink blush.

Okay, I didn’t want to like these, but I do. As a non-Hoka person, but a person who doesn’t wear shoelaces, two things to consider: if you like sock-top no closure shoes like these, these are GREAT. They do not have a pop up heel like Kiziks, so if you’re expecting that, temper your expectations. If you are new to Hokas, or fluffy soles in general, they take some getting used to, but are great. A little ugly, but…oh well.

Based on other reviewers comments, I upsized these half a size above what I normally wear and they fit perfect. My foot slips in very easily hands-free. The Support is amazing. After wearing these my knee pain of many many years has greatly subsided. I’ll be getting another pair for sure!

Based on some of the reviews here, I worried about fit and ease of putting on. I've bought at least 7 pairs of various Hoka sneaker styles and they're all true to size for me. I'm a fan of the brand. SO, these delivered on all counts: my size 7's fit perfectly, they're easy to get on/off with the a pull tab in front and firm slip-on back. They're like walking on pillows and the laceless style elevates your sporty athleisure looks. I wore these walking around Manhattan for 7 hours and my feet could've kept going. I came on this site to order another color.

Too wide in the toe box and across instep. Incredibly comfortable. Just did not fit my narrow foot.

so glad to see a Hoka slip on, but i couldn't get it on my foot, strange Hokas are my favorite but i shouldn't have to wrestle the she on

I love thise laceless Hokas! They would be comfy and padded enough at the ankle that I could wear them without socks although I probably will wear socks with them. I bought them one half size smaller than my other Hoka styles and they fit perfectly. I was afraid that without laces, they might slip at the heel and they do not slip--and I have plenty of room in the toe. They are narrow so a wide foot probably could not wear this style; this is what happened to my husband. We hope they will make them in a wide soon for him. These are so light, which I love, which will make them easy to pack and they are super cute on. They feel like I'm walking on springs; they are that soft and cushy from the sole. I loved them so much I bought this second pair so I'd have two colors.

These Hokas are SO comfy and it feels like I'm walking on springs! I love all of my Hokas and these are another wonderful choice. I would note though that if you're buying them because you hope you can "step into" them without bending down and pulling them on, this is not going to happen. One of the nice things about these shoes is the great snug fit and support because the top of the shoe is high up toward the ankle, but that means you have to pull it on. And there is the perfect little "tab" to help you do that, but you cannot step into them. I bought them a half size smaller because I thought the heel might slip in my usual Hoka size, and they fit perfectly with no slipping. They do not come in wide, however, and my husband's did not fit because they were too narrow. Hopefully they will come out with a wide style for him soon!
