Another pair of shoes I already own and love. For some reason this particular color model was on sale. Was skeptical about shoe - wondered if it is an odd-ball. Turned out to be as perfect as those in another color scheme for which I paid full price. tTherefore, these were a great value, too!

I have a very wide foot and a high instep. I have Hoka Aarhus that I really like in 8 1/2 W. However, these extra wide just made my foot swim in them. I am having trouble with the Hikas with the right side of my foot being irritated and thought the EW would be the answer, but it was not to be.

I love these. I bought the wide so my tires can spread. I wear these all day as a teacher who is standing and walking for ten hours straight. I struggle with plantar fasciitis and lower back issues for to scoliosis. These have helped me keep flare ups at bay. Love everything about them.

I am really pleased with these shoes. GREAT STABILITY AND FIT. Ive had this model Arahi before and the toe box was a bit small but I made do. These have a perfect (for me) width of the toe box and fit perfectly in the heel. My foot: it seems i have wider front foot and narrower in the heel Heel slippage is a difficulty for me so i need this kind of Hoka with the higher heel back. ALSO i have a big toe joint that has arthritis and so the joint is big (raised) and when i put them on I held my breath praying that the shoe would not compress the big toe at the top. No it didn't!! i wear size 7 1/2 and they were perfect. the last pair of Hokas i got, purchased a wide width and had to do that shoe lace trick to keep the heel from slipping even though i got the 7 1/2 and while they were ok, tying my shoes laces were a pain and my foot looked big. HOWEVER THESE ARE PERFECT FOR MY FEET. This shoe is the most stable Hoka from what my research indicated. I have had a knee replacement and it was set into a valgus position and the knee has always felt wrong and bottom line THE ALIGNMENT of the knee is wrong, per a 2nd opinion several years after teh surgery. Because of THAT and the instabiity of the knee, this shoe is exactly what I needed. I have had Hokas in black, blue, white, grey and wanted a differnt color. I got that rose-gold color and I really like it. The minute i put them on they felt wonderful and i walked a power walk for a half hour yesterday and they were magnificent. I recently swapped out my go to Hoka style for the Arahi 8 and am very pleased. I have several issues with my feet, bunions, high arches. After several 1+ mile walks I feel the arch support and cushioning is good and I don’t feel any pin in my bunions. I just hope Hoka doesn’t change the fit anytime soon!

I exchanged the Gaviota for the Arahi and am so glad I did. The Arahi fits true to size, maybe ever so slightly longer than my Brooks of the same size.. but I welcomed this as I intend to use them for running. Overall a great shoe with good support.

I have loved loved Arahi 6 and was afraid to try a new model because how could another fit so very well?!! These fit really good and I'm so glad that I gave them a shot. I will buy more of the Arahi 8's before they, too, disappear!!

The shoe has great support - I used for walking and I am very comfortable. I was going to buy another pair but they went up in price --boo hoo

very comfortable. I have arthritis in my big toes. Most shoes cause my toes to ache. I can walk 3 miles in these shoes and my feet don't hurt at all! Looking forward to longer walks.

These fit like a glove, except for your feet. Smooth gate from heat to toe. Roomy toe box and room for my orthotics without being too snug across the top of the foot. I can't really comment on the arch support because I do wear orthotics but when I first put then on the support felt "adequate". Great shoe to wear all day without issues.

Love these. I got a wide and don't normally need a wide but having g flat feet the wide is just right and provides great support and comfort.

As my medical coworkers at the surgery center say, "Hokas will change your life." I have small narrow feet but a size 6 medium width and also with molded plastic inserts-fit! My feet and legs feel good all day with such excellent thick soles. I tend to get black and white Ahari's to go with black leggings or pants. But colorful Hokas look great with scrubs too.

It was heaven putting on my new Hoka Arahi 8 this morning for my jog. Don't wait too long to replace your shoes!
