This shoe provides the cushion I need for my longer runs, but the carbon plate and lightweight material make this shoe perfect for my speedwork, and tempo runs. I am between size 10 and 10.5. I got size 10.5 and they feel great: plenty of cushion but they are light and solid on my strides. I've run a 15-mile long run and a shorter threshold run of 8 miles. No issues on either run. The 8 mm drop works well for me, and the shoes seem to provide a good rock forward for each stride. These actually can be used for all of my training, and I think will work for my upcoming marathon.

Fast shoe that propels you forward. Preferred the wide over standard version.

This is a fantastic shoe with good support and cushion. Fit was true to size. Unfortunately I need a shoe that offers more stabilization. I felt like I was going to turn an ankle. If I felt more stable in the shoe, I'd definitely have kept it.
