Good buy: Best hiking shoes I've ever bought, comfy with good support overall

Best Hikers Ever! Very Satisfied! The Fresh Foam X Hierro Hiker are extremely comfortable, and they do not sacrifice stability. They are very durable and versatile on the trail, and they also transition easily to the streets during light to moderate wet and snowy weather. In my personal experience, the Gortex can cause the fit to feel a little snugger than normal, and because my feet are slightly wider, and my dominant foot is almost exactly my true to size-I went up a half size because the length felt a little too short for me specifically.

Comfortable the whole day! Not just for hiking, you can wear this any day every day!

Fresh Foam X Hierro Hiker GORE-TEX Excellent shoe in every way. The only issue I have is with the tongue, it does not fit in easily when tying the shoe. Please get that fixed.

Astonished: They went all out for me cuz I got a 13 wide foot and this is pretty much the best option on the market for a stylish hiking boot. I'm still searching for others but I ain't found one yet.

Most comfortable hiker: Immediately comfortable, true to size, durable construction. Please make in black!

Great shoes: Very comfortable. If they're ever offered in black I'm probably going to buy another pairl

Feels nice: Wide and pillowy feel to the shoes, but still secure and stable.

Comfy with Boot: Purchased for winter walking in snow and slush. None of that yet. Have been worn in the wet and feet have stayed dry and shoes clean. The Fit. Felt big at first, then worn with Smart Wool Boot socks and the fit was right on, with my orthotic. With thinner socks I use a orthotic on top of the provided inner sole which gives a nice cushioned fit. I wear a 13 wide, to extra wide shoe and ordered a 13 wide. The width is just about perfect. Laces are long. Double knotting tidies thing up.

Extremely good shoes/boots: I'm off work and I'm still wearing them. It's like running shoes and boots had a baby. Good investment.

If you need the cushion... I am a big guy. These shoes provide great ankle support and cushion for trail walking/running. easily the best trail runners I have owned.

Top shelf: Well made, great fit, super support, nice colors and graphics

Fantastic every day not just trail: Amazing comfort. Took these out on the trails in Connecticut and have been wearing them around town. Amazing foam and comfort.

Hiking Shoe: Great Hiking Shoe. Very comfortable, with great support.

Stylin and profililn: They fit good and look good. Have received multiple compliments wanting to know where I got them.

Great Shoes: Bought them for work, but like them so much that they are my days-off shoes. They really reduce the impact and are very comfortable, almost like walking on air.

Great for big men on rocky (+ dusty) trails: I have been buying NB for 20 years - This model could only be better if made in North America!

Stop making shoes worse than the predecessors: Not as comfortable at v1. Rounded sole makes your gait change and ankles are sore after wearing. Going on 4 weeks of "break in" and still getting soreness in anterior ankle joint

Sore toes: Made my toes sore after a few days of use. Felt like the fabric on the edges in between the layers was bundled up and pressing against my toes. Needless to say used them for about a week or so. Now in the closet. The older style was way more comfortable.
