Incredibly comfortable and great feedback. I haven't done much running in these but I get about 15,000 steps a day and these have been a life saver... or should I say foot saver!

They feel great on feet, no hot spots and they stay tied. No rubbing under the ankle bone and fits comfortably on top of my feet. This is the best version for sure. I use them for Z2 runs with my longest run being just over 6 miles. I probably would not race with them or use them on the track but you could. NB has other options for the Track and Racing. I'm 60 yoa/ 509/168lbs.

Very light weight and comfortable shoe that can be worn everyday, recommended for everyone.

...Love them! I got faster and I'm less fatigued compared to my standard soled NB's. I recommend to anyone who runs regularly. I've got about 50 miles on mine so far. I switch between multiple shoes.

The FuelCell Rebel v5 is one of those shoes that instantly makes running feel lighter and faster. Its super comfortable, very responsive, and a great all-roundercapable of handling daily training, recovery runs, or tempo efforts without a problem.

My initial thoughts are that the rebel v5 is a great daily trainer, and also provides good utility for shorter speed work sessions. The fit is comfortable out of the box, the shoe has some snap, and is light and responsive. I appreciate some of the subtle upgrades from the Rebel v4, that I also think was a good daily shoe.

I really like it, I have been running on them in different surfaces and I felt them very realliable.

Excellent shoes. I bought for my son and he loves them. Very light weight.

Great and comfortable fit. However shoes slightly small so for NB to align the shoes size to match all of their models.

I was/am a big fan of the Rebel v4, so as long as NB didn't completely re-engineer what made the Rebel a truly versatile trainer, I'd be very happy. SPOILER ALERT: I LOVE the upgrades introduced in the Rebel v5. The ride feels a bit more cushioned and I feel like I can run forever in them, but also lace them up for a quick rip all the same. The fit is a bit more snug than the Rebel v4 which I also really appreciate. Looking forward to racking up the miles in this shoe!

Incredible shoe the style, all the different color ways and comfort were amazing. Took them out for. 1/2 marathon and they held up very good i weight 245 lbs as well.

An unbelievable shoe from easy runs, to tempo runs.

Love the extra cushion compared to the v4. The upper mesh is lovely, specially in hard days or summer weather. Fuelcell foam is really solid on tempo runs and even short races. Love the plush but responsive feeling. The ankle collar is really comfy with the added padding.

Overall a versatile shoe with good quality. Is able to be taken for medium long runs and has enough cushion for comfort, but can also be taken to the track for interval workouts

I really enjoy how this shoe feels and its a great update over the v4. The cushion is good and responsive, its fun to run in!

The Rebels are one of my favorite running shoes. I already loved the V4, and with the changes they made in the V5 especially in the tongue they made them even better.

The rebel v5 is an everyday trainer in my eyes, a trainer where I can do a tempo or a interval session in, a trainer where I can use on my easy days and just jog around. But ultimately what I love about this shoe is that for me it was a big upgrade from the rebel v4s in terms of more comfort and more responsive.

I am a big fan of the Rebel series and while the Rebel v4 stood out for its snappy, ground-connected feel and stability thanks to a firmer midsole and a wider base, the v5 shifts toward a softer, smoother ride that favors versatility and everyday training. After crushing a few runs in these I am convinced this is the best version of this show to date. A solid 5 stars for me!

MAJOR upgrade from last year's model. If you like a smooth, stable, and well-cushioned ride, you'll love this shoe. I've also already ran 150+ miles in them and they're holding up great track, easy runs, and medium to long runs too. Highly recommend.
