Tight toe box. Not as cushiony as other New Balance models.

My teenager who is very picky about his shoes, loves these. Says they are super comfy, good for short runs and great for everyday school wear.

New Balance shoes have been my rescue shoes! Other brands would rub the top of some toes, all day, and seem inconsequential. But the rubbed toe would get worse, and need a bandage, after a few days of this punishment. So many brand names of good sneakers would cramp my toes, I thought I would need expensive, custom-size product. I tried one-more brand, first: New Balance. That was 10 years ago. I never had to shop brands, again. New Balance has a wonderful, spacious toe-box. Wide sizes, several choices of them, make the pain and bleeding, go away. They are so well designed, and constructed, I still have that first pair; still wear them! They still fit, perfectly.

Perfect shoe for a 60 yr old who needs stability and comfort.

The toe box is very tight. I thought it would soften but it never did. Shoes are not wholly comfortable.

I need a 4E width. I thought I was ordering a slip on version of this style. Please send me a 9.5 4E slip on of a similar stye shoe.

Too snug for a Wide sneaker. I got a half size larger than normal, as I do with sneakers. Still, my big toe nearly touched the front toe edge of the shoe. Big disappointment!
