I was looking for a good walking sandal that looks cute and has moderate support/cushion, and this fits the bill. I am an avid Birkenstock wearer, but avoid wearing Birks when walking any sort of distance since they are so hard in the heels. These Reef are a good compromise, they have moderate arch support (not as much as Birks, but it is there), and have some cushion. The way the straps are positioned doesn't rub. I am a 9.5 (10 in sneakers) and after reading reviews for Reef ordered a 9. They fit maybe a smidge small, but the 10 would have been way too big so stuck with the 9. I also have slightly wide feet (I wear a regular in Birks) and these are perfect, so they may not be great if you have a narrow foot. I got the Oasis color and it's a really pretty color, in between white and brown, to go with cream/beige outfits and accessories.

This was a great shoe but the only problem was that it was to hard on the sole of my feet., If it had more cushion it would have been great.

I ordered a size 8 which is a half size larger than normal but I find I am wearing 8’s more often. Anyway, that was a mistake since these are clearly too large for me. I may re-order in a smaller size since they are extremely comfortable. The straps are well placed to not rub at the base of my big toe nail (which sometimes gives me blisters) and the arch strap is in a good place to prevent that flapping noise some backless shoes have.I am looking for a ‘relief’ shoe for after walking a lot on our European adventure so my feet can have a break. These could be what I’m looking for if I can get them in the right size.

These are so comfortable but like most Reef sandals, they're a bit wide, but these are better than most so i kept them. I'm a true 7.5M and the 7 fits great (albeit a bit wider than I'd like). Please Reef, make your sandal straps less wide!
