Unfortunately, we purchased this for my daughter's sever's disease. They were very tall on the sides and rubbed uncomfortably on her ankles. She has never complained about ankle rubbing before. She wore them once and refuses to put them on again.

This is the second pair I have ordered from Zappos for my boys. They both have xwide feet and high arches and these shoes help them feel like they're walking on clouds with zero pain or discomfort. I am so happy I found them and my boys are too!

The Velcro on these shoes is TERRIBLE. After wearing them for about 6 weeks, they no longer stay closed even though the Velcro has been thoroughly cleaned. It is just poor quality materials. Shoes look cute and fit well but the fact they do not stay closed for my 4.5 year old makes them useless.
