They're OKAY, but not what I wanted. They're too hard, I need more cushioning. Says it has arch support. I have very high arches and it doesn't feel like I'm getting any support at all. Feels like I'm just walking on a flat surface.

Comfortable. Not squishy if that is what you are looking for. Heavy arch support. I like them. Didn’t have to cut them for my size 10.5 shoes.

The fit was perfect and I didn't need to cut it at all. It stays in place and fits snug. This insole has been the most comfortable one I've had so far. It also has a fresh scent that freshens up any shoe. However, the insole didn't last a very long time as far as comfort goes but I think that's normal for insoles. It was very effective for the first month.

I bought these insoles hoping they would help with my heel pain during long warehouse shifts, but unfortunately, they didn’t make much of a difference for me. I still had a lot of pressure on my heels after an hour of standing. They might work better for someone who doesn’t spend 10–12 hours on concrete, but for me, they didn’t provide the level of cushioning or arch support I needed.

These smell so strongly of chemicals and perfume that I couldn't wear them or even have them hanging around in my house. They are disgusting. This review has nothing to do w the fit. I didn't even try them in my shoes bc I knew I couldn't keep them.
