These shoes are great: super comfortable, breath very well, and so easy to put on and take off. Highly recommended. I got these directly from Kizik, but use Zappos quite a bit too. I also have Kizik's mid boots with the same slip on style and love those too. Used them for winter this year :)

I just had my 5th surgery on my back and there is absolutely NO WAY I can tie shoes so I had to get step-ins. The Skechers step-ins tend to be very warm shoes. These Kizik's (Athens 2 Hands-Free) have been awesome. We've taken several road trips over the past 2 weeks and, for the first time ever, I didn't need to take my shoes off because my feet were getting warm. I have at least 6 pairs of Hokas but it looks like I'll have to take the hit on money spent on shoes that will never get worn. Kizik's are the best.

Presently surprised on how comfortable and the overall look. Easy slip in and out. Don’t like tie laces, added lock laces for personal esthetics. Great shoe for the money. Will definitely buy another pair. Use orthopedic support so can’t tell you about arch. Ortho’s easy in and out.

One of the best fitting, comfortable and good supportive shoes I have in my collection. I average walking about 6 miles per day.

I ordered half size larger because last pair fit too small

The fit is true to size. The materials are substantial but comfortable.

I have had multiple Kiziks Athens and have really loved them. The only thing I wish is for a little more tread, which wears out quickly. So I thought the Athens two would be the answer unfortunately, it has a totally different feel. They are much wider and tightening the shoe strings does not solve that. Going down one size would make them too short. Also stiffer and not as comfortable. I will be returning to the regular Athens.

This is a really nice upper shoe, but like too many shoes out there, is using a foam sole, so the support is minimal to start, and this sole will break down very quickly.
