I was really looking forward to trying these upgraded Cascadia trail shoes, but they were disappointing. I could barely get my feet into them, first off, and I'm just a normal Wide width. Then the midfoot and toe areas were so tight! The top of the shoes put pressure down on my big toes, there so little room vertically. And that hurt the bottom of my big toe joints. The overall fit could've been great if they were roomier all around. I love the new cushion & great lugs.

These trail runners are a total game changer. Ive got flat, overpronating feet and run long distance on single-track, medium-technical trails. Stable, responsive, and lightweight- 12/10

Ive been using this trail runner since version 17 and have always loved it. But I must say the redesign on version 19 is spot on. I have already exhausted a pair and on to my second pair.

Love these! So lightweight, great grips for shale and steeper rock slopes on the hiking trail. I wear orthotics, so I remove the insole and replace with my orthotics.I usually wear a size 8-8.5 in regular shoes, so order a size 9 for all my Brooks shoesfits great!

This is my first time wearing the Cascadia and I really like it. The toe box is a little wider, which is great for me. I initially bought this shoe, because of the color, but I will continue to wear this style.

The right shoe is defective! It pronates inward!!!!! I must return it it will injure my right foot!

I have to wear orthotics in my shoes so I have to always purchase a half size larger. I love Brooks as they almost always fit perfect. This model of Brooks is a 9.5 and feels like it's a half size too large.

These shoes exceeded my expectations. I took them out on a muddy, wet trail run, and the grip was outstandingI never felt like I was slipping. They fit perfectly right out of the box, feel incredibly lightweight, and stayed comfortable the entire run. Definitely a great choice of trail runners

I love this model 19 but i would like a narrower fore front , they are just a little too wide for my feet, other than that the bottoms are wearing out a bit too fast as well. Still i rate these one of the better hiking or trail runners and i have been through at least 100 pairs of shoes over the past 25 years.

None others right now waiting for new models to come out this year

I purchased the Cascadia 19s for my Camino de Santiago pilgrimage this spring. I've been wearing them on my training walks for a month now, and I love them. They are comfortable and provide just the right amount of grip on the trails.

I feel that a half size larger would fit better. The bunion is not as affected as is the hammer toe. I will try that before looking for another as I like the shoe, and other aspects work well.
