The support and comfort I expect from my Adrenaline GTS but this version seems a little more cushioned which is great for longs shift on concrete floor of the clinic. As a healthcare provider, I often recommend these shoes to others who work on there feet for long shifts and of course running and exercise. This color pops with my black scrubs.

Much better than last years model, which felt much narrower than previous models. Plenty of room in the toe box this year. Quite a bit of cushion in this model. I do wish there were more fun color options.

Comfortable, good support as an over pronator, slightly less heel drop than the 24s that I do notice with long runs - however the cushion is inproved during a long run! Wish they made more adrenalines with fun bright colors!

I have been a chiropractor for the past 13 years and have higher-volumed practice. I have referred many of my patients to wear Brooks shoes and have around 50% of my patients wearing them. They are all I wear to work.

My wife and I only use Brooks, I have tried other brands in the past but since Adrenaline 22 we only buy and wear Adrenaline GTS,we just bought the 25 and next year when 26 comes out we will go for 26, great shoes and excelente customer support.

I was not happy with anything about this shoe except the color. I have worn an 8.5 M for 40 years and that is what I bought.
Unfortunately, this shoe does not fit the norm of 8.5 M, not even for the "Brooks" brand 8.5M. My toes were so close to the end of the shoe they hurt.
There was no arch support whatsoever and the comfort was a 1-2, not very cushy at all. I am not sure if a 9 would work or if I needed a 9.5, which I have never worn. The width wasn't terribly tight, but being a usual Medium, I might try a 9 Medium next time.
I will not be rebuying or exchangeing this particular shoe.
I'd also recommend:
New Balnace and Nike.

I absolutely love these shoes! I have been getting Adrenalines since 19 came out. This is the best one, by far. I walk quite briskly 5-6 miles per day, sometimes with a little running thrown in, 4-6 times per week with no problems at all. The toe box, being slightly larger, is the best. I have a medium width, very slightly on the narrow side, but needed the extra in the toe box. Ive had two knee replacements, too, and these are so cushy on my knees. I liked them so much after the first 6 or 7 walks that I ordered another pair so I can switch them up.

I have been wearing the Adrenaline GTS for many years now and thes are by far my favorite. I love the fit and feel around the ankle. They slide on so easily. The most comfortable and stable ride!

I’m usually a Ghost fan but liked the color of this style. Ran once and my hips hurt. Could be from taken a break and getting back at it or the shoes.

These shoes are great to meet my needs. I have been wearing Brooks for years for both exercise and work. I work in a setting where I am on my feet all day, and having good support is very important. I especially appreciate the wider toe box in these shoes.
