The Brooks Adrenaline GTS 24 in 6 D fits perfect with my orthotics. I had to send back the Brooks Adrenaline GTS 25 in 6 D as I was walking out of it with my orthotics. Definitely runs larger than the GTS 24.

The design of the sole of the 25 is substantially different from the sole of the 24 and did not feel comfortable.

The length and width of size 6 2E were okay -- same as other Brooks running shoes I have. The problem with this one is that the sides are taller and it hits my ankle bone. There is also a fabric flap which extends above the shoe which creates more friction on my ankle bone. I tried the shoes with my arch support insoles which are thicker than the thin removable insole the shoe comes with but it was not enough to avoid the problem.

Beware major overhaul. I've worn Adrenalines exclusively for decades. The GTS 25 feels like a completely different shoe. Very narrow toe box and wide heel. Overly clunky like a Hoka on steroids but not in a good way (for me). Many seem to enjoy this model but mine went straight back and I'm on the lookout for a new go-to.

If you liked the 24s you will not like the 25s. They changed the model significantly this year and while it looks better, it is a total different feel and not in a good way. The heel no longer comes in contact with the ground and is too loose around that area in general. What I loved about the 24s was how planted I felt while walking. The 25s get rid of that feeling and sacrifice stability for looks.

79 years old. Size 5 1/2 in regular shoes, 6 1/2 in Brooks is fine. I just can’t get used to the current bulky style. I feel like I’m wearing boxes filled with packing material. Tried a few different color combinations to see if anything would work for me. No luck. Used to run. Now I walk 3-4 miles/day. Fortunately I have 3 old pairs of shoes that will suffice until style changes.

I was not happy with anything about this shoe except the color. I have worn an 8.5 M for 40 years and that is what I bought. Unfortunately, this shoe does not fit the norm of 8.5 M, not even for the "Brooks" brand 8.5M. My toes were so close to the end of the shoe they hurt. There was no arch support whatsoever and the comfort was a 1-2, not very cushy at all. I am not sure if a 9 would work or if I needed a 9.5, which I have never worn. The width wasn't terribly tight, but being a usual Medium, I might try a 9 Medium next time. I will not be rebuying or exchangeing this particular shoe.
I'd also recommend:

These are just ugly on my foot. It looks like I'm wearing a covered horseshoe. Plus they're hard, as if there's no cushioning at all.

These were used with dirt on the soles. Likely tried on inside and walked around in. I did not try them on, I left them in the bag.

This shoe had potential but Zappos decided to never send it. I contacted customer service and couldn't get an actual human. My shoes stayed in some sort of processing ghostworld and this is why I am done with Zappos. I have a VIP membership so don't even bother joining that either.

These fit my normal 9.5 M size. But on the inside left of the left shoe, it felt like there was a raised arch and it was very uncomfortable.

These are awful! Not even close to Hoka! I returned and have purchased the Hoka Clifton 10 in a 7 wide.

Terrible. I've worn Adrenalines for years. These are a completely different shoe - they fit like Hokas. Ugh - Returning.
