I've wearing Brooks for 30 years, running since 1975 until hip replacement in 2024. I have been a Ghost fan since the first model, found the Ghost 17 a little too snug in forefoot and toe box, so went back to wearing Ghost 16 and now have added Ghost Max 3, doctor doesn't recommend running so I've been walking 5 miles every day year round. I find the Ghost Max 3 helps protect my feet from the change to walking, and will try the Ghost 18 when they come out to see if the fit is back for me, and will alternate both models of Ghost.

Had to get cushioned insoles for the Ghost Max 3 to be comfortable. Never had to with the Ghost Max 2. Extra expense that shouldnt happen.

Not a runner, a senior walker. Find them to be comfortable, and supportive and so far would buy again.

Comfortable shoe with perfect width, cushioning and feel solid underfoot. Seems like a great daily trainer or recovery shoe.

Great shoes for traveling. I needed a good pair of shoes for vacation. If youre on your feet a lot this is a great choice.

Not as comfortable as the GM2 and I dont like that the lace gets behind the tongue when trying to tie them.

This is a great training shoe. This is my go-to shoe.

Im a big fan of Brooks in general. Have had probably 10 pairs up until now and the Ghost Max 3s are by far the most comfortable shoes Ive had. The Ghost Max 2s were great but the 3s are even better.

I am not a runner...I am a walker and these work great for me.

I'm a heavier runner and proper support is essential. Ghost 3 provides that support and more. Cushion is great and my legs don't tire. A great shoe.

Had a total ankle replacement in Nov. 25. Orthopedic surgeon recommended the Brooks Ghost Max 3 for support and ankle function. He was right. I have loved the Ghost Max 3 and highly recommend it to anyone with foot and ankle issues.
