These are the best trail runners ever made unrivaled traction and stability. I finish every hike thinking about how stoked I am on these shoes.

I loved my first pair of cascadia 19s so much that I bought these just for hiking and have one pair for yard work!!

After replacing the insole with one of Dr Scholl's they very comfortable. Great traction on all surfaces!!! Next time I will get a wider width. I'm using these for light hiking and urban hiking.

Thank you, Brooks, for fixing the toebox from Cascadia version 18! The Cascadia will once again be my default running shoe!

I have been running in Cascadias for the past five years, and unlike some, this is my favorite version so far! I I loved the added cushion, and the wider toe box is nice on long runs on the trail. I have a wider foot, and I can comfortably run in a medium width. As some other reviewers have noted, there is not a technical level of stability (say for rock hopping or extended rocky surfaces), but if you are trail running packed and established trails they are great. I also love that I can comfortably transition from trail to road on the same road without feeling like I need to change shoes.

Most comfortable version of this shoe and the sizing is better!

Ive got multiple issues- pronation, plantar fasciitis, subtalar coalition. So far Ive used these shoes on a 4 mile hike and worked in my unlevel yard. Im very thankful for finding the Cascadia 19. They have been a fantastic help in keeping my foot properly supported! Love them !!

The show runs very wide! I have been running with Glycerin for years and ordered the same size but it doesn't fit well.

Solid choice - laces could be better, runs a little tight.

I love the weather protection across the toe box. I wish all the brooks had that protection.

By far the best brooks I have purchased so far.

I've had my Cascadia 19's for a few weeks now and I'm super happy with them. They fit perfectly from day one, no break-in required.

They've changed the shape of the upper, and now the collar rubs up against my ankle bone.

Solid and the bottom traction is great. I bought these in a wide and also a half size larger and they still feel a little snug. I like the shoe stability, my foot feels like it is in better alignment
