Love the shoe overall, this is my 4th pair of On shoes. The only thing that I’ve noticed is there is a small indent at the front of the shoe that won’t come out. I’ve tried loosening the laces and the tongue but still the indent is there. For $180 I would’ve hoped for something more flawless.

I was a big fan of the Cloudmonster, tried the Cloudmonster 2 and kept hearing that Cloudsurfer can feel more supportive. WOW. I have been missing out these are SOOOOOO much more superior to Cloudmonster for long walks or even light jogs. So far ive done my 15k per day steps and LOVE these

I really didn't want to spend this much for sneakers but wow are they comfortable. The cushion around the ankle is going to take a little getting used. Really happy they have these in "Wide". I ordered a different On she that didn't have the wide option and it was uncomfortably narrow. These are perfect1

This is my seventh pair of On athletic shoes. Different styles have varied in feel and durability but this shoe is perhaps the best of them all so far. I was leery of the higher sole, not knowing how it would feel. However, the footbed is very supportive, yet on the cushy side, and really supports my arches well. I wore them all day right out of the box with no issues. The uppers are light but still keep my foot in place without sliding. The fit is true to my size 8, with just enough extra room in the toe box to fit without feeling over-sized. I wasn't sure I'd really like the gray color but I do! It's a really nice. I'm thinking of ordering another pair to stash away.

This shoe is incredibly comfortable under my foot, and feels true to size - I wear a 6.5 and ordered a 6.5. I have a wider toe area and it doesn't rub anywhere. I wish it had the thicker tongue and heel area of the Cloudsurfer 2 - the tongue is thin so when the laces are tight they put that pressure on the top of the foot, and there is a bit of rubbing around the achilles because there's kind of a strip of a pad but the main back of the shoe and around the top where the ankle is is thin. This is really the only uncomfortable part of the shoe. I wish I could combine the best of this one with the Cloudsurfer 2.

Awesome shoe for walking, no breaking required. Nice big toe box but holds your heal.

Ordered 1/2 size up as recommended and the shoes fit perfect! Very comfortable and supportive.

I’m normally a Brooks fan, I thought I would try these and they are amazing! True to size, I’m a 7 1/2 and right out of the box I went for a run and it was the best run! Normally my feet start hurting into the run, nit with these. Take a chance and buy them!

This is the 2nd pair of On’s I’ve tried and they are simply NOT wide feet friendly. I have bunions and other feet problem, so wasn’t fully expecting these to be as good as Brooks or Hoka, but they were disappointing. Too tight on the top of my foot and not deep enough to accommodate my orthotic. I wear a 9 Wide or Extra Wide in Women’s shoes and with these, I got the 9.5 Wide. It amazes me how little thought and effort some major shoe brands put into their “wide” offerings. If your feet are normal, you may like these a lot, but if you have wide feet, beware.

Not recommended for walking and daily activities.

In the same order, I received WIDE shoes instead of MEDIUM. I am very disappointed with ZAPPOS. I gave both pairs of shoes away to a homeless shelter. One pair was on clearance, so I couldn't return it. Both boxes say wide on them.
