As advertised and as beautiful as every other ON shoe, though this purchase, like all my others was based on the photo and not too much the description. The snug envelope of the shoe is drastically different than my previous roomy and soft ON shoes. There may have been words that describe this difference in the product description, but that probably wouldn't have registered or stopped me from ordering them. Thank you Zappos for taking the return - I will be more careful on their replacement.

I ordered this in a men's size so I could have a little more width. I just wish they offered it in a 6.5 because that would have been perfect, vs starting at a 7 in men's. But they are very comfortable to walk around in all day. It's starting to get very cold here in NY and they don't keep my feet warm at all and they do squeak on occasion which I've heard happen's with some On shoes.

The shoes look great which is why my 16 year old son wanted them. However, he immediately hated them after wearing them for the first (and last time). He said they were the most uncomfortable shoes to walk in and we’re not talking about long walks. He wore them to work- an indoor baseball training facility with batting cages, bullpens, etc., so the majority of it is turf and then the rest is that cushioned coated concrete flooring. He said he couldn’t imagine wearing them for anything requiring physical exertion. So short story long, they’re pretty but deadly.

The opening of the shoe is very narrow, making it difficult to get my foot in, it seems designed only for people with very slim feet.

These are truly a full size too long. Ordered a half size down and still too long. No support, and though they’re lightweight they feel flimsy. The regular Cloud 6’s are a better choice.

The packing material that comes inside this shoe bends the inner sole permanently making the shoes extremely uncomfortable in the arch when wearing. I thought it may be Zappos packing but the cardboard inserts have the On brand on them. Not sure how this has not been discovered unless it was just the way they were put into the pair I received but both shoes had same issue.
