I must begin by saying that these shoes look great and appear to be well made. They felt a bit tight when I tried them on out of the delivery box, but they look so nice that I decided to keep them. As I wore them throughout the day, they felt tolerably snug at first; however, as the day went on I noticed that they had again started feeling tight enough to be quite uncomfortable by evening, although more on one foot than the other. Nevertheless, I chose to keep and wear them, so I would not feel right about returning them or trying to exchange them for the next largest size (which might feel too big anyway). I am going to hope that they will stretch a little with repeated wearing so that I will no longer find them uncomfortable after a few hours. My recommendation to others is to presume these will be very snug and that you might need to consider going with the next available higher size.
