Not sure what the deal is with the reviews about it being narrow. I have large calves and wide feet and comfortably fit in a regular size 7 as I always do with most shoes and boots -- with these boots, actually fit with quite a bite of room to spare. I might need smaller if keeping this style. They are beautiful. However, I am underwhelmed by the quality. It isn't top price and I bought it at a discount yet still, at this price point (let alone the brand) I expected the quality to be better. The leather is meh and thin, and will show wrinkles (I barely even want to try on again), and it's lined by some kind of thin fabric instead of leather. Also, the shaft is too tall and goes over the knee (not under, not above, but right over without exactly covering it -- super awkward) so unless you're pretty tall with long legs (I am 5'5" and pretty average leg length) or are into something slightly off and ready to own it, this would probably not be your desired look.
