Review for Zappos VIP Points (What's this?)

I so wanted these to work, as I LOVE Gentle Souls boots and shoes. Fit and size were fine, but the zipper flaps stuck out and made the boot look awkward. A note on sizing: I go by the EU sizing as I find the American sizing is all over the map.
