Fit true to size, I like Cole Haan shoes because they have better than average foot bed support/comfort, and usually made of leather. First day wearing around the office, and they are fine. Life hack - put a little vaseline or something similar under the foot strap (or anywhere that it rubbing on new shoes) and you'll avoid any friction irritation during break in.

Death of the pinky toe! The front strap is too tight. The back strap is too low and too loose. Bad fit all around. Returning them immediately. Disappointed as Cole Haans tend to be comfortable.
