Review for Zappos VIP Points (What's this?)

This is the first shoe that did not fit because of my high arch; never had this issue before. I measured the distance from tongue to heel and found it to be a full inch shorter than other brands. When I finally wedged myself into the shoe, it was very snug. Clearly not a true 11.5 Wide. Felt just like the 11.0 wide that I had returned earlier.
