Review for Zappos VIP Points (What's this?)

Returned. I like the height and footbed of the "Ignite Pro 8" but the upper strap is so uncomfortable/scratchy that socks are required. I was hoping for a soft strap like the "Ignite Pro". I wish these companies increased their stock of neutral colors for best selling models.
