These shoes are so cute. I really wanted to make them work but my toes are too cramped. I ordered 1/2 size up as recommended by Zappos but they are still so tight. Without the insert, they fit just like their size. But the arch support is what I have to have. It’s like they made them without regard to the insert they were putting in them. Bummed. Have to return. They hurt so much.
