Hey Kirsten! These are not. The Blowfish Malibu are made with a vegan faux-leather upper (polyurethane), a fabric/textile lining, a foam footbed, and a synthetic rubber outsole

Really cute boots, with a nice soft and warm inner fuzzy lining. The soles are a bit springy, which is nice. I wish there was a little more arch support, but that's sort of normal with boots. I have wide feet, so I went a half size up. They don't feel too tight across my foot or calf at all, and I can zip them up over my jeans.

if you have wide ankles or calves these will zip up so that is a plus but for me the foot part didn't fit well enough and hug my foot enough, so it felt clunky when I walk and I will be returning. Otherwise they're cute. FYI the buckles are just for show and are not functional.
