Don’t believe Ecco are true 4.5 US. Way too big. Feel like shoe companies have abandoned small feet people all at same time. Zappos used to have great selection of 4.5 women’s shoes. Not any more.

I have several pairs of Ecco sneakers and really liked the look of these. I wear a size 6.5M and purchased the size 37 (size 6-6.5) but they fit like a size 7.
