Review for Zappos VIP Points (What's this?)

I wanted to love these shoes to wear with my wedding dress everything was perfect until I took 4 steps and the back strap has this small square object where the back bone ankle is and it kind of hurts and is uncomfortable it will definitely cause a blister or bruise .. debating if I want to wear a bandage and suck it out because the shoes are so cute and perfect for my dress but for the price I feel I can find better..
