I love Cole Haan sandals for their style and comfort, but these not at all. First, the design is poor in that the ankle strap is not long enough. I have thin ankles and I could only get them clasped, with much difficulty, on the first hole. But, they were so tight I could not walk in them because they were choking my ankle. Then the footbed itself was some sort of rough fabric like flax or almost burlap so if they had fit they would not have a good “foot feel”. Lastly, there was little to no cushioning, which Cole Haan is know for, so listen up design team—you missed the mark on the execution! Very cute in looks, but very torturous in practice. I am sad.
