I ordered a full size down; I normally wear a 9, but ordered an 8. These are great shoes for wide feet, and for those that stand all day. Yes, there is an issue with the back strap in that they didn't punch a hole through the shoe; the rivet is on the inside of the suede. This doesn't bug me because I don't like to wear a heel strap on my mules, but for others this could pose a problem.
I have them in two colors; I'm about to purchase a third because they're ridiculously comfortable and versatile!

I loved these when they first came, but don't rely on the strap (when used as a heel strap) to do anything. The rivet doesn't go all the way through the leather and it ripped out on the 5th time I wore them.

They fit okay, the foot bed itself was comfortable, it was the top. It was not soft and cut right into the top of my foot when I took a step. Loved the look though but had to return
